  For: donations of a building, land, or money to the State
  Design: round breast badge, gold/silver, 38mm across, with suspension ribbon
    Obverse: from the three phases of the life of Buddha, Preah Vesandar (or Vissandar) distributing his fortune to a group of the poor kneeling below, surrounded in a rim by a wreath of laurel leaves;
    Reverse: surrounded in a rim by a wreath of half laurel and half oak, in the center Khmer inscription "Preah Vesandar" with decorative lines below
  Ribbon: 37mm; blue 3mm, red 2mm, blue 2mm, yellow 23mm, blue 2mm, red 2mm, blue 3mm
  Device: awarded, depending on the size of the contribution, with:
      - large diamond star
      - large gold star

30/1 Gold / Médaille de Vermeil / (Meday Meas)

30/2 Silver / Médaille d'Argent / (Meday Prak)

Official reports indicate the award of the medal only in gold, but a Gold and a Silver Medal have been seen, and it is possible that a Bronze Medal also exists.

This medal is rare.
